CES Salutes Our Veterans

CES would like to take this opportunity to show gratitude to our employees that have served in the Armed Forces. The Armed Forces has always had a special place in the hearts of CES. Owner, late Ronald H. Lindsay served as well.

In the USA, Veterans Day falls on November 11th. This day is the anniversary of the signing of the armistice, which ended the World War I between the Allied nations and Germany on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918. In 1919, President Wilson proclaimed the day should be “filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country’s service and with gratitude for the victory.” Veteran’s Day became a national holiday beginning in 1938.

The veterans of our military services and their families have put their lives on the line to protect the freedoms that we enjoy. They have dedicated their lives to their county and deserve to be recognized for their commitment and dedication. If it were not for veterans and the fallen we would not have the privilege of enjoying the liberties and freedoms we do today.

CES wishes to thank each and every Veteran for their service to our country.

Just out of High School and had no interest in college. A recruiter was referred to me by a former classmate and he called me. Decided to join up and see if I wanted to make a career out the military or just the experience. Decided I was better suited for civilian life.
