Monitoring

CES is partnered with Emergency24 for monitoring of all fire alarm systems. As an Underwriters Laboratories-listed and FM Global-approved central station, EMERgency24 offers fire alarm monitoring services to provide piece of mind to business owners who want a nationwide team of monitors looking after life and property housed within the protected facility. EMERgency24 maintains records of all signals received and our state-of-the-art systems are tested regularly, inspected and maintained by qualified professionals. EMERgency24 complies with all U.S. National Fire Alarm Codes for its services.

In addition to fire alarm, EMERgency24 monitors supervisory signals for sprinkler malfunction or tampering of the system, and trouble signals indicating electrical or device malfunction. Alarm signals immediately prompt a dispatch call to the local fire department as well as contact the protected property, a specific list of contacts, and CES. Supervisory and trouble alarm signals can prompt a call to one or more of the following options, the local fire department (if required), the protected property, a specific list of contacts, and CES. Ideally, natural gas burns in an appliance completely and efficiently, mixing with the oxygen in the air to produce harmless carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor. But if conditions aren’t right, the natural gas won’t combust completely, giving off deadly fumes of carbon Monoxide (CO). There are also dire consequences should there by a natural gas leak as an ignition source can cause an explosion. EMERgency24 can also monitor CO and gas alarm signals, and alert the appropriate contacts.

Our fire alarm monitoring communication equipment monitors for phone line failures and/or wireless communication loss. The communication equipment also transmits a test signal to EMERgency24 every 24 hours to ensure proper operation. The protected property and the contact list will be notified if a communication failure or auto test signal is not received.

Also, updating contact lists and requesting other changes to a monitoring account has been made simple by using the CES Data Changes email address to request changes.
